Job Description
Join McKesson as a Regulatory Affairs Intern for Summer 2026 to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare regulatory compliance within a leading Fortune 10 healthcare company.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the regulatory affairs team in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
• Assisting with preparation, submission, and maintenance of regulatory filings and dossiers (e.g., DINs, medical device licenses) for health products in Canada.
• Supporting review of product labeling, packaging, and promotional materials to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assisting in collection, organization, and maintenance of regulatory documentation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to gather information for regulatory submissions.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to discussions on ongoing projects and regulatory challenges.
• Performing administrative tasks to support the Regulatory Affairs department’s operations.
• Learning about drug and medical device approval processes in Canada.
About You
The company is looking for:
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in French.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze complex information for process improvement projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen interest in regulatory affairs and the healthcare industry.
• Eligibility to work in Canada for the duration of the internship.
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base pay range: $16.56 - $26.41 per hour.
