Job Description

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Investigate product and process quality to resolve non-conformities related to assembly and suppliers under the quality manager’s supervision.

• Collaborate daily with production and Quality Department teams.

• Assist the Quality team with supplier and production line escapes alongside multidisciplinary teams.

• Participate in quality issue reviews and prepare management summaries driving resolution.

• Support production line issues with technical analysis and complete DIVE presentations.

• Analyze non-quality data and produce monthly reports on quality investigations, non-conformance management, and production line improvements.

• Engage in tactical quality clinics with multi-skilled Manufacturing Specialists.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Eligibility to work in Canada and enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.

• Ability to work on-site in Nova Scotia.

• Studies in Automated Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or related fields.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (mandatory).

• Knowledge of problem-solving processes such as DIVE.

• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated teamwork aptitude.

• Ability to multi-task effectively.

• Technical knowledge of aeronautical parts and engine manufacturing.
