Job Description
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in training and coaching high-performing sales or collection teams;
Experience in telesales, collections, insurance, finance, or other sales-driven industries is preferred;
Strong knowledge of telesales processes, sales techniques, customer psychology, and objection handling; OR collection process.
Proven ability to develop training courses, deliver engaging sessions, and effectively mentor sales/collection professionals;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire trainees;
Fluency in English;
Willing to adjust training strategies based on business needs and occasionally work on Saturdays if required.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs for the telesales OR collection team, including onboarding for new hires and continuous skill enhancement training.
Design and optimize training courses on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer communication to improve overall performance and conversion rates.
Conduct training sessions using various methods such as classroom training, case studies, and role-playing exercises to enhance practical skills.
Regularly assess training effectiveness, monitor trainees’ progress, and provide tailored coaching and improvement plans.
Collaborate closely with telesales OR collection managers and teams to understand business needs and refine training strategies.
Identify challenges in the telesales OR collection process, propose effective solutions, and continuously improve training methodologies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
