Operational Excellence Internship

Support operational excellence initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency and performance at Pratt & Whitney Canada.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining Operational Excellence (OpX) topics aligned with operational results and in coordination with the OpX Leader.

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to machine efficiency (OEE), labor efficiency (OLE), automation, machine connectivity, and other priorities.

• Developing tools and dashboards to enhance data consolidation and reporting.

• Collaborating with business units to understand and improve performance.

• Advancing action plans to drive performance improvements.

• Establishing links between the control tower and OpX objectives.

About You

What you'll need:

• Eligibility to work in Canada.

• Enrollment in a Canadian university for the entire internship duration.

• Ability to work on-site in Longueuil, Quebec, 5 days per week.

• Currently pursuing studies in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
