Role: Fractional Office Manager

We’re looking to connect with experienced Office Managers and Workplace Experience Coordinators who can provide reliable operational oversight across multiple teams or locations. This role is ideal for operations professionals who enjoy being the heartbeat of company culture and want to support growing teams on a part-time, project-based, or multi-client basis.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Managing physical office logistics (supplies, repairs, cleaning services, and landlord relations)
  • Overseeing "virtual office" operations (Slack organization, digital access, and remote culture)
  • Planning and executing team events, offsites, retreats, and holiday gatherings
  • coordinating employee onboarding/offboarding logistics (shipping equipment, setting up desks)
  • Managing vendor contracts and procurement for software, hardware, or office perks
  • Handling budget tracking for office expenses and team welfare
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for health, safety, and workspace inquiries
  • Overseeing merchandise and "swag" management for employees and clients

Required qualities may include:

  • Proven experience in Office Management, Workplace Experience, or Operations roles
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with modern workplace tools (Slack, Zoom, Notion, Procurement software)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a "culture-first" mindset
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage physical and digital inventories
  • Experience supporting hybrid or fully remote distributed teams
  • Prior freelance, virtual operations, or fractional support experience is a plus
