Summary
We are a luxury retail company headquartered in France, with our regional headquarters in Dubai managing operations across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and South Africa. We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented O2C Intern to join our Shared Services Finance Team.
About the Role
As an O2C Intern, you will support the team in managing customer receivables and improving operational efficiency. This internship offers valuable exposure to the financial operations of a multinational luxury retail business.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist in clearing open receivables and following up on outstanding balances.
Reconcile incoming funds and update customer accounts accordingly.
Support the team with manual petty cash bookings and related documentation.
Contribute to improving team productivity through process support and optimization.
Maintain internal trackers and regularly update key performance indicators (KPIs).
What We’re Looking For
Fresh graduate or 1-2 years’ experience with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Interest in finance operations and the luxury retail industry.
