a. Develop and execute national business plans aligned with company goals.
b. Identify growth opportunities in the Nigerian pharmaceutical market.
c. Drive product penetration and geographic expansion across all regions.
d. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement business strategy.
e. Oversee national sales operations, including setting sales targets, monitoring KPIs, and coaching regional managers.
f. Lead the launch of new products and ensure successful market entry.
g. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of promotional activities with national sales goals.
h. Manage, mentor, and build capacity of regional business managers and medical sales reps.
I. Foster a high-performance culture and ensure continuous training and professional development.
j. Implement performance management processes and succession planning.
k. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, hospital decision-makers, wholesalers, and pharmacy chains.
l. Negotiate national distribution and pricing agreements.
m. Ensure excellent service delivery to strategic partners and clients.
n. Ensure full compliance with NAFDAC and other regulatory bodies.
o. Maintain ethical business practices aligned with global pharmaceutical standards.
p. Implement pharmacovigilance and product safety protocols.
q. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and profit & loss statements.
r. Monitor and analyze financial performance across regions.
s. Recommend cost optimization strategies without compromising quality.
