Job Summary

Our Client is currently seeking a licensed 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) to join their team in a fast-paced Plastic Extrusion manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on extrusion machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns in a timely manner
• Install, align, and dismantle industrial equipment and machinery
• Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements

• Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) License (Ontario)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (extrusion preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to work rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends if required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
