Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Execution of Marketing Strategies: Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives based on the strategies and goals set by the General Manager (GM) and the Board.
Drive revenue growth by capitalizing on Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with suppliers, identifying multiple avenues for revenue generation.
Leverage digital marketing, executing year-round advertising campaigns that further contribute to revenue generation and enhance brand visibility across all business segments.
Build and maintain the brand identity across all business segments.
Develop and execute customer engagement programs, including loyalty programs, digital marketing campaigns, and in-store promotions.
Manage the company's digital presence, including social media, website updates, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
Collaborations & Partnerships: Foster relationships with local influencers, businesses, and customers to support marketing initiatives.
Track and report marketing performance against KPIs and revenue targets. Make adjustments as needed to ensure goals are met.
Oversee in-store displays, promotions, and loyalty events to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of marketing experience, preferably in Retail, or Marketing Agency
Proven track record in executing revenue-driven marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, Google Ads, email marketing).
Experience in creating and implementing customer engagement programs and promotions.
Ability to work independently, execute plans, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Willingness to work and live in Nakuru
