Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare insurance claim forms and related documents, reviewing them for completeness and accuracy.
  • Calculate claim amounts in accordance with policy terms and company standards.
  • Post or attach relevant information to claim files, ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Transmit claims for payment or further investigation as needed, following internal protocols.
  • Contact insured individuals or other involved parties to gather missing or additional information.
  • Collaborate closely with the AI development team, providing structured feedback to enhance claims- and policy-related AI models.
  • Utilize excellent written and verbal communication to document real-world scenarios and clarify insurance terminology for AI training purposes.
