Innovation Catalyst Intern

🧠 The Role

We're seeking Innovation Catalyst Interns who are motivated to gain meaningful, hands-on experience beyond the classroom. In this role, you will apply academic knowledge to complex challenges in the nuclear industry and contribute to the development of practical, high-impact solutions. Your primary responsibility is to advance innovation by demonstrating strong analytical abilities, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to problem solving.

We typically hire co-ops for: Product Development (software, product management, product design), Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, AI Products & Services, Human Factors, People Experience, and Business Operations. The role will be defined by the current needs of our teams, with consideration for the students’ interests and strengths to determine the most suitable fit.

Location: Hybrid (Travel requirements are based on project needs; our HQ is in Port Elgin, ON but we primarily work remotely)

Duration: 4-, 8-, and 12-month internships are available depending on the role.

Salary Range: $25-34/hour (depending on the academic level/experience)

Shadow and support team members to gain insight into different roles within the company.

Attend meetings and provide input on current projects.
