HIAB Driver/Operator

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of SSCE/WAEC certificate.

Must possess a valid and appropriate driver’s license with certification or endorsement to operate HIAB/crane trucks.

Minimum of 3–5 years hands-on experience operating a HIAB truck or similar lifting equipment.

Strong knowledge of safe loading, lifting, and unloading procedures.

Proven ability to operate hydraulic lifting equipment and adhere to safety protocols and road regulations.

Ability to carry out daily inspections and basic maintenance of the HIAB truck.

Must be physically fit and able to work under pressure, including early mornings and long hours.

Experience working in construction, logistics, or heavy equipment transport is a strong advantage.

Ability to read and follow delivery instructions, lifting plans, and safety guidelines.
