Job Responsibilities

Take and deliver food and beverage orders to casino patrons.

Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Maintain knowledge of food and beverage menu items and promotions.

Process orders for approval to BD's or Hosts and handle payments accurately.

Ensure cleanliness of service areas.

Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations.

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Stock and replenish supplies and equipment as needed.

Collaborate with other F&B and Casino staff.

Qualifications

Can process guest or patron transactions accurately.

Ability to operate cash registers and other form of Casino payment transactions.

With experience in handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.

Able to issue receipts and provide accurate change.

Can balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.

Ability to resolve customer inquiries and provide assistance.

Able to maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Can adheres to all company policies and procedures.
