The Opportunity

As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you’ll start by mastering the foundations of sales, customer engagement, and brand representation through our in-person promotional credit card campaigns. From there, you’ll progress into team leadership, campaign coordination, and account management — gaining the skills and experience to lead your own projects and teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn the foundations of face-to-face sales and marketing through retail events, pop-up campaigns, and promotional activations.
  • Engage with customers directly, delivering product information, answering questions, and helping them find the best solutions in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Develop advanced product knowledge to confidently represent brands and communicate key features and benefits.
  • Support event operations, including setup, display organization, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
  • Track sales performance and progress toward daily and weekly goals, learning how to measure and manage business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with your team and leadership mentors to refine communication skills, sales techniques, and leadership capabilities.
  • Take on coaching responsibilities as you grow — helping new team members build confidence, learn company systems, and achieve success.
  • Contribute to campaign strategy and improvement, providing input on event execution, customer engagement, and brand presentation.
  • Prepare for management-level responsibilities, such as team scheduling, performance tracking, and campaign coordination.
  • Participate in structured training programs focused on leadership development, business operations, and professional growth.
