The Role:

• Lead, train, and motivate a small B2C sales and business development team
• Drive performance through coaching, mentoring, and leading by example
• Manage client relationships while ensuring team delivery on KPIs and growth targets
• Take part in a structured 4–6 week “Sales Accelerator” module to build the product knowledge and commercial awareness you’ll need to represent leading telecom brands
• Develop your own leadership style while building future managers beneath you

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone wants to build a strong resume with goals to create a proven track record in sales, business development, or team leadership (formal management experience isn’t required — but a natural leadership mindset is)
• Highly ambitious, motivated by results, and able to inspire others
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A competitive edge — ideally with experience in sports, hospitality, or leadership roles at university or work.
