About the job
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing B2B sales team as Entry-level Field Sales Agents. This role involves working directly with business clients in assigned territories to develop new accounts, present solutions, and build long-term professional relationships.
This is a field-based position focused on in-person sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients within assigned territories
- Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Present products and services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain ongoing client relationships
- Manage daily sales activity and territory coverage
- Track client interactions and performance using CRM tools
- Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets
- Participate in training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a performance-based compensation structure
- Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is an asset
- Prior B2B or field sales experience is a plus, but not required
