The Opportunity

Lee & Associates Toronto is seeking a driven Entry Level Commercial Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is designed for ambitious professionals who are looking to build a long-term career in commercial brokerage. You will receive hands-on training, work alongside senior professionals, and immediately contribute to active assignments and client development initiatives. This is a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment where initiative, persistence, and professionalism are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education and experience) in real estate, business, economics or related field preferred
  • Current Ontario Real Estate License (or actively pursuing licensing)
  • 1–2 years of professional experience
  • Strong interest in financial analysis and market research
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Professional communication skills (verbal and written)

Duties, Responsibilities, & Expectations

  • Support senior brokers with market research, property analysis, and client reporting
  • Conduct prospecting calls and assist in business development initiatives
  • Compile property data, tenant surveys, maps, and presentations
  • Accompany senior representatives on property tours and client meetings
  • Learn financial underwriting and valuation fundamentals
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and assist in marketing campaigns
  • Develop market knowledge and build a personal pipeline over time
  • Participate in training, industry events, and professional associations
