Position: Email Specialist

Role Responsibilities

• Work directly within email clients to support AI training and evaluation workflows.
• Follow structured processes to review, label, or refine email-based tasks with high accuracy.
• Apply strong attention to detail to ensure consistency and correctness across workflows.
• Adapt quickly to evolving task requirements and tooling.
• Collaborate asynchronously within a structured project environment.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clearly defined processes.
• Comfort working with digital tools such as email clients, messaging platforms, and calendars.
• Familiarity with structured data formats such as JSON is a plus.
• Background in technical or STEM disciplines, or demonstrated digital proficiency as a professional or freelancer.
• Generalist mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing workflows.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
