Roles & Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose electrical issues in vehicles using diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Repair and replace faulty electrical components, including wiring, batteries, alternators, starters, and lighting

systems.

• Install and maintain electrical systems, including audio and navigation systems, alarms, and other accessories.

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals to understand and fix electrical problems.

• Perform routine maintenance on vehicle electrical systems to prevent issues.

• Keep accurate records of all services and repairs performed.

• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining diagnoses, repair options, and costs.

• Stay updated with the latest automotive electrical technology and repair techniques through continuous learning

and training.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in automotive electrical systems is

preferred.

• Proven experience as an automobile electrician or in a similar role.

• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and components.
