Position: Dispatcher (Except Police, Fire, and Ambulance)

Type: Hourly contract (Full-time)

Compensation: $40-$62/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor delivery schedules, dispatching drivers and vehicles to meet operational and customer needs.
• Use dispatch software and communication tools to provide real-time updates, instructions, and driver support.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, delivery times, incidents, and operational data.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve delivery or dispatch issues professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize dispatch workflows and support business objectives.
• Analyze delivery performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery operations.

Requirements

• Experience in dispatch, delivery coordination, or logistics-related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with dispatch systems, mapping tools, and standard office software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing situations.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
