Role Description

This is a remote unpaid internship opportunity for a motivated individual to join Munkai as a Digital Marketing Intern. In this role, you’ll manage digital marketing initiatives, create engaging content, execute digital marketing strategies, and support general marketing efforts to strengthen our online presence and audience engagement.

While this position is initially unpaid, exceptional candidates who consistently deliver measurable results—such as increased conversions, audience growth, or campaign success—may be considered for a transition to a paid role. This evolution will depend on demonstrated impact and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills

Digital Marketing and Marketing skills

Strong communication skills and teamwork

Experience or coursework in relevant fields

Ability to work independently and remotely

Proven interest in social media and marketing

Proven interest in Literatary Arts

Experience with analytics tools is a plus

Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to attract new users (readers and creators)

Create engaging copy for social media, blogs, and other marketing channels

Collaborate with the team to drive user growth and engagement

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
