Research Coordinator (Data Entry)

North York, ONSITE

2 MONTH CONTRACT

MUST HAVE A CAR

19 HOURLY

Position Overview

The Brokerage Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of a busy real estate brokerage office. This position acts as a central point of contact for sales representatives, responding to incoming requests and completing a wide range of research, administrative, and field-support activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple competing priorities with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Information Gathering

  • Conduct corporate searches and business information lookups
  • Complete zoning research and related municipal inquiries
  • Run title searches and assist in gathering property ownership information
  • Request market information by calling other brokerages
  • Prepare demographic reports
  • Generate GeoWarehouse reports and other property data outputs

Administrative & Data Management

  • Maintain and update contact databases
  • Organize information based on urgency and priority
  • Support the creation of listing surveys and related documentation

Field & On‑Site Support

  • Take property photos as requested by sales representatives
  • Travel to listing or project sites when required (vehicle preferred but not required)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track, prioritize, and manage urgent requests
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Previous experience working in a real estate brokerage or real estate–related environment

Education

  • University degree preferred
  • College diploma or equivalent post-secondary experience accepted

Technical & Software Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic analysis, sorting/filtering)
  • Comfort learning additional reporting tools and industry platforms

Years of Experience

  • Open; candidates with a range of experience levels will be considered
