Role Responsibilities:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and related financial transactions with accuracy.
• Provide professional customer support through written and verbal communication channels.
• Verify, balance, and maintain accurate transaction records in line with compliance standards.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products or services.
• Resolve transaction discrepancies and escalate complex issues when required.
• Support operational workflows to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and organizational discipline.
• Proficiency with digital banking platforms, office software, and remote tools.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
