JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Culture Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping, promoting, and enhancing our company culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and driving employee engagement and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

7. Promote internal communications to reinforce company values and culture.

8. Identify opportunities for cultural growth and development through training, workshops, or events.

Requirements:

- Experience in culture development, HR, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement principles.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
