Job Title: Clerk Typist About The Role Invicta Software is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Clerk Typist to join our team. Key Objectives

  • Accurately transcribe and type a variety of documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized records and files to support efficient office operations.
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks to support team productivity.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned clerical duties with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Type and format letters, reports, memos, and other documents as required.
  • Proofread and edit typed materials to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Enter data into company databases and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Respond to routine inquiries and direct complex issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other general administrative support tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a clerk typist or in a similar clerical role.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
