Position Overview: We are seeking a talented intern for our Music Production Internship position. This unpaid internship is ideal for College or University students seeking internship credit or experience in music production, audio engineering, or related fields. The intern will gain hands-on experience in music production, recording, mixing, and more while learning best practices from experienced staff.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with music production and recording sessions
- Editing and mixing audio tracks
- Operating and maintaining studio equipment
- Conducting research on music production techniques and trends
- Supporting the music production team with various tasks
- Collaborating with artists and producers to achieve desired sound
- Preparing and organizing project files and documentation
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in College or University in music production, audio engineering, or related fields
- Strong understanding of music production software (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
