Job Title: Call Centre Representative

About the Role
Reliance is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Call Centre Representatives. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and support clients with their needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Training Schedule
- Duration: 6 weeks
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (mandatory in-person training)
Work Schedule (Post-Training)
Two-week rotational shifts:
- Week 1: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Week 2: Four weekdays, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM + Saturday shift (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM; may vary 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM)
Additional Notes:
- Saturday shifts will always be Work from Home
- Hybrid option available after probation, based on performance (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
- Day shift opportunities may be offered based on performance after the first quarter
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information regarding services and products
- Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience (call center or retail) preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and Saturdays
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
