Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Track Audio Production - Build complete audio projects using industry-standard DAWs from initial sound layering through final mix and mastering delivery.
• Workflow Documentation - Articulate creative decisions, experimentation techniques, and problem-solving through clear written and verbal process explanations.
• Sound Layering & Refinement - Layer multiple audio elements, apply dynamic processing, EQ, compression, and effects for professional-grade results.
• Quality Assurance - Ensure final mixes meet industry standards for clarity, balance, dynamics, and artistic integrity across playback systems.
• Asset Organization - Organize, label, and export audio stems, sessions, and final masters for seamless team handoff and archiving.

Required Skills

• Professional audio production and mixing experience
• Proficiency with DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic, Reaper, Ableton, similar)
• Strong understanding of audio processing (EQ, compression, reverb, automation)
• Complete project workflow experience (tracking through mastering)
• Excellent written communication explaining production choices
• Multi-genre production capability (music, podcasts, sound design)
