About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to support our sales team by generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting. This role is responsible for engaging potential clients, creating interest, and scheduling appointments for Account Executives.

Salary: $2500 Monthly

Remote Position

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Outbound Prospecting

  • Conduct high-volume outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and engage decision-makers across target industries
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria

🔹 Appointment Setting

  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Ensure prospects meet ICP requirements before booking
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities

🔹 Follow-Up & Nurturing

  • Execute structured follow-up sequences
  • Re-engage cold or unresponsive prospects
  • Build rapport and maintain professional communication

🔹 CRM & Reporting

  • Track all activities in CRM (calls, emails, outcomes)
  • Maintain accurate and organized lead data
  • Report on KPIs such as calls, meetings booked, and conversion rates

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in appointment setting, BDR/SDR, or outbound sales
  • Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo)
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and target-driven
