## Program Overview

The Purpose Fellowship Global Teaching Mentor Internship is a 100% remote, flexible program designed to develop exceptional mentors and innovative educators who can implement the Voice Up Theory for Learning. We train the next generation of educational leaders who understand that effective teaching happens when educators connect their students' learning directly to their sense of purpose, creating transformative educational experiences that honor each learner's unique calling.

## Mission & Core Principles

We recruit passionate future educators, experienced teachers seeking innovation, and natural mentors to become masters of purpose-centered teaching. Our program transforms educators into skilled facilitators who can guide learners through the discovery of their God-given talents and help them connect these gifts to meaningful community impact. ## Participation Options

- **Academic Credit Track**: 15-20 hours/week with university partnership focused on educational leadership development

- **Volunteer Track**: 10-15 hours/week for current educators seeking innovative teaching methods

- **Stipend Track**: $20-30/hour for exceptional contributors demonstrating mentoring excellence and leadership potential
