Key Objectives
The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to KPCA’s staff, streamline office procedures, and facilitate effective communication across teams. This position plays a vital role in maintaining an organized and productive workplace.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Support event planning and coordination for company meetings and activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with various departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
