Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Account/Business Manager to manage client servicing and drive business growth. The role involves converting all assigned leads into active clients, while also generating new leads independently. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, understand recruitment needs, and work closely with the delivery team to ensure seamless hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert every provided lead into a client deal
Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Manage client onboarding and maintain strong relationships
Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client needs
Meet monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records

Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in B2B sales/client servicing, must in recruitment industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Proven track record in lead generation and sales target achievement
Familiar with recruitment processes, ATS and CRM tools
