Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

1. Create high-quality, engaging videos using AI video generation tools; maintain prompt libraries for process consistency and reuse.

2. Edit and enhance videos using Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop).

3. Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to align video output with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

4. Maintain an organized archive of raw footage, edited projects, and prompt documentation for easy reference and workflow optimization.

5. Optimize video formats and sizes for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and internal LMS portals.

6. Ensure all content meets the required quality, brand, and compliance standards before final delivery.

Additional Candidate Preferences:

1. Prior work experience in video editing, motion graphics, or content production is highly preferred.

2. Familiarity with AI video tools like Runway, Pika, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.

3. A keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and design aesthetics.

4. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deliver within deadlines.

5. Strong communication skills and openness to feedback in a collaborative environment.
