Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate team members within the unit to achieve performance targets.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily activities and ensure efficient workflow.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, customer service, and overall unit performance.
Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and generate reports for senior management.
Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and safety procedures.
Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews to support team development.
Handle customer/client inquiries and resolve escalated issues promptly and professionally.
Manage inventory, budgeting, and resource allocation within the unit.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
