Job Description
Responsibilities
Conduct site visits to oversee all projects and ensure quality.
Supervise and oversee daily construction activities on-site.
Ensure work is executed according to project plans, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor the quality of work to ensure adherence to company standards and safety regulations.
Manage site labour and ensure the availability of required materials and equipment.
Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly to avoid delays.
Liaise with the project manager and engineering teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Maintain site records, including daily logs, inventory, and equipment usage.
Create designs, drawings, specification and blueprints for Projects
Ensure project completion within the allocated budget and timeline
Taking up tasks on-site and hands-on approach to ensure task are completed efficiently and effectively without much supervision.
Oversees the installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements.
Source materials and products included in plans.
Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports.
Provide regular status reports to Project Manager and Management
Send monthly report to Management.
Carry out any other duty as assigned.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Building /Construction Technology or other relevant fields.
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role in architectural or construction industry is an added advantage.
Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Relevant certifications in construction management, HSE or Project management are advantageous.
Master Degree is an added advantage
Excellent organizational skills including time management, planning, meeting deadlines,and setting objectives.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members and other colleagues.
Ability to develop strong internal/external client relationships
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
