Sales & Marketing Associate ( Mandaue City, Cebu)

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Education : A four-year degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management (HM), or Food Science.

Experience : A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and digital marketing is required; experience in the food industry considered a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to create engaging and shareable content that resonates with the target audience.

Good time management and organizational skills

Computer savvy

Proficiency in using various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital marketing tools.

Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media strategies.

Ability to track, analyze, and interpret social media data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying potential customers and generating new leads.

Present and promote products to both existing and prospective customers.

Participate in sales meetings, pitches, and client interactions.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Collect customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving products or services.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.

Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing.

Maintain and update the customer database.

Work toward achieving individual and team sales goals.

Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and campaigns to boost sales.

Regularly report on social media performance and provide insights to management.
