Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Includes but is not limited to the following high-level deliverables:
Project Planning:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop a detailed project plan, timeline, and schedule.
Streamline operations for business optimisation and implement solutions that support business growth.
Continuously refine project workflows improving delivery timelines and reducing bottlenecks
Project automation (Karbon)
Develop standard operation procedures
Serve as the main point of contact for the various projects
Provide regular updates to management.
Resource & Budget Management:
Define project goals, timelines (pre-engagement, engagement & finalisation) and deliverables
Allocate tasks and manage team resources effectively.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among the team.
Estimate costs and manage the project budget.
Monitor spending to ensure the project stays within budget.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and address issues as they arise.
Quality Control:
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
Conduct reviews and assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report on performance, budgets, KPI’s, challenges, and milestones.
Project Closure:
Ensure all aspects of the project are completed and approved.
Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned.
