Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR Strategy: Design long-term workforce plans aligned with IPEKA’s organizational goals.
Drive Operational Planning: Propose and manage HR division budgets for operations and development programs.
Oversee Talent Acquisition: Ensure timely fulfilment of staffing needs, including collaboration with recruitment partners.
Enhance People Systems: Build and refine systems for recruitment, personnel administration, and compensation.
Ensure Payroll Excellence: Monitor payroll and benefit processes to ensure accuracy, fairness, and compliance.
Boost Engagement: Lead initiatives that foster employee engagement and positive workplace culture across all campuses.
Strengthen HR Governance: Develop policies and maintain strong labour relations with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead the Team: Mentor and guide HR staff, fostering their growth and aligning their performance with strategic goals.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree holder (Master's preferred) in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strategic thinker with strong understanding of HR systems, compensation, labour law, and employee relations.
Excellent communicator and team leader with a heart for education and ministry.
Experience in an educational or service-based institution is a plus.
