Job Purpose
This entry-level position will provide valuable hands-on experience and an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of HR functions. As an HR Assistant, you will be involved in various aspects of the HR Department. Assisting with administrative tasks, employee relations, recruitment, Office engagement activities and other HR initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, organize & enhance electronic filing.
Provide administrative support in various HR functions such as : On-boarding, Off-boarding, Recruitment, employee visa and insurance processes.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events, helping to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
Support employee relations efforts by addressing basic employee inquiries and escalating complex issues to HR professionals while maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters.
Support on projects with the Head of HR.
HR Administration
Organize and maintain comprehensive employee records, including digitizing documents for the electronic filing system.
Prepare employee documentation including verification letters, NOCs, Salary Certificates, and Employment Confirmation letters.
Assist in preparing employment offers, visa-related contracts, and other HR documentation as needed.
Support the administration of employee insurance enrollment, and visa documentation processing.
Recruitment
Work closely with HR Executive on the recruitment process.
Take lead on coordination of all internal interviews with candidates and managers.
Communicate professionally with candidates after each interview outcome, including sending formal acceptance or rejection correspondence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records throughout the entire candidate lifecycle.
HR Events & Projects
Work closely with HR Team to coordinate projects, initiatives, and campaigns.
Enhance employee celebrations, such as Birthdays, Farewells, Etc. by coordinating with Office Management team.
Support the team on organizing HR events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
Work with Head of HR on initiating Emiratization and implementing other projects.
TEAM Player – Fulfill Other Duties As Required
Demonstrates and promotes Shiseido TRUST 8 principles
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR , or related field
Excellent English , and Arabic is a plus !!
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic & motivated
Ability to work well in a team & adapt to multinational and diverse work environments
Exceptional professional etiquette and demeano
