HealthCare Assistant Tutor

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma in Nursing, HealthCare or related field.

Practical experience in clinical setting an in the field of Lecturing HealthCare Assistant subjects and other related subjects.

Registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya will be an added advantage.

Skills in building professional relationships with other Trainers and organizations.

Ability to develop and deliver engaging lessons.

Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment techniques.

Strongly an expert in teaching, training and mentoring HealthCare Students.

Flexibility to work per the institution’s schedule.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.

Time management skills and attention to detail.
