ROLE FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (list the main functions and duties of this position)
Regular
Assist in creation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the company’s financial state.
Compile key business metrics
Assist in analyses and reports as requested
Control closing and opening of accounting periods
Periodic
Assist in projects to assess control improvements in company’s operations
Provide business expertise into accounting processes as needed
Support accounting function in risk management and in ensuring compliance with financial regulation
Liaise with affiliated companies for financial and operational concerns.
ACCOUNTABLE OUTCOMES PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Deliverables (list expected outputs from the position)
Financial. 1) Ensure company spending is within approved budgets. 2) Analyze financial statement and provide monthly reports.
Customer Satisfaction. Financial Reports and other adhoc requirements.
People and Leadership. N/A
Innovation . Continuous improvement of efficiency and functionality of management systems and processes
Operational. Month on Month performance insights and adhoc reports.
Metrics (mark as ‘S’ if a shared performance measure)
Financial. 1) Timely and accurate financial reports. 2) Reasonable variance vs actuals, 3) Ensure all transactions are properly approved.
Customer Satisfaction. T imely and accurate financial report and insights.

Qualifications & Experience
Required Educational Background
(State minimum educational / academic requirement and specific course requirement for the position)
College Degree in accounting
With 1 or more years working experience in accounting related posts. Commercial finance experience is preferred.
Other Training / Certifications
