Facility Supervisor Intern

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Supervising day-to-day facility operations

Supervise the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, equipment, and other facility assets

Ensure building systems and services run efficiently

Ensure PPMs are conducted and properly coordinated

Ensure that daily checklists are properly conducted

Oversee and facilitate on-site toolbox meetings

Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and service providers

Conduct routine inspections, reporting, and maintenance planning

Work on special projects-related duties such as construction and refurbishments, and contractor/ vendor bidding processes

Drive service excellence through service delivery and innovation whilst maintaining compliance within health, safety, and sustainability activities

Learn and grow within a fast-paced, supportive environment

Requirements:

0-1 year experience

Degree in a related field
