Key Responsibilities:

Forecasting sales, setting quotas, and managing pricing.
Driving Salesforce adoption.
Developing and motivating sales teams.
Analyzing sales data and providing key business insights.
Implementing regional marketing strategies for sales growth.
Reporting on lead and opportunity KPIs.
Coordinating sales reports and projections.
Recruiting, training, and supporting sales teams.
Driving product and service penetration.
Developing account plans for corporate clients.

Contributing to marketing and sales strategies.
Analyzing potential and value of customers.
Coordinating tender preparation.
Liaising with departments to resolve customer issues.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
Professional marketing qualifications.
10+ years relevant experience, with 5+ in senior leadership.
Knowledge of marketing management, PR, communications, market research, and product placement.
Strong IT skills.
