Job Description/Requirements
Answer inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and respond to emails related to vehicle rentals, bookings, service requests, or general inquiries.
Provide accurate information about available vehicles, pricing, terms, and procedures.
Assist customers with booking and reservation processes, and update records in the system.
Log customer concerns, escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate department.
Follow up with clients to confirm bookings, payments, vehicle returns, or service feedback.
Maintain a courteous, helpful, and professional tone at all times.
Work closely with operations, fleet, and accounts teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Participate in regular team briefings and training to stay updated on services and promotions.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data and uphold UTU Cars’ brand and service standards.
