Business Application Manager (IT Service Management)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.

Minimum of 5 years work experience in the related field e.g. IT Service Management, Project Management with various stakeholders.

Basic knowledge on IT Security and SAP.

Required Skills:

Basic Accounting Knowledge (e.g. PL, BS, CF and KPI management)

Business Analysis.

Project Management.

Business Writing Skills.

Work Schedule:

8am - 5pm

Hybrid (1 day WFH, 4 days on-site)
