Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Director and assist the Office Manager.

• Process parole via Xero (Xero experience preferred).

• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion.

• Reconcile Xero payments and maintain accurate records.

• Oversee debtor management and follow up on outstanding accounts.

• Handle day-to-day office management tasks, ensuring smooth operations.

• Make outbound customer calls to assist with account-related inquiries.

• Complete and send bespoke templates to customers as required.
