Job Description
This role focuses on analyzing and optimizing warehousing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. It requires strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration to identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and enhance overall warehouse operations.
Assess current warehousing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct time and motion studies, workflow analysis, and root cause analysis to establish baseline metrics and prioritize improvement initiatives.
Support in conducting assessments that ensure compliance with operational and quality standards while identifying areas for corrective action.
Assist with sustainability-related initiatives through research and reporting on best practices.
Research new products, tools, and technologies relevant to warehousing and process improvement to enhance operational effectiveness.
Initiate and support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness in warehouse operations.
