As an Export Administration Staff, you will be responsible for handling export documentation and supporting the export process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This role involves coordination with internal departments, logistics partners, and international clients.
Responsibilities:
Control daily export and perform day to day task
Make daily and monthly report
Cooperation and communicate effectivety with related dept.
Coordination with forwarder agent
Order and shipment monitoring from customer to punctual time
Realization of export payment
Generate regular reports related to export activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum D3/Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably in Management, Business Administration, or Export-Import.
Minimum 2 year of experience in export administration.
Good understanding of export processes and required documentation.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
Have a good communication and strong analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Export-Import training certification is a plus.
