
Sales and Marketing Analyst

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze sales, customer, and marketing data to assess the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and campaign ROI
Develop dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google, Data Studio) to present insights.
Work with marketing teams to design A/B tests and analyze results for campaign optimization.
Identify trends and opportunities in customer behavior and market dynamics to improve campaign strategies.
Provide recommendations for pricing, discounts, and promotional strategies based on data-
driven insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align strategies with business objectives.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining clean, structured, and well-documented data sources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
At least 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing or promotions.
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience in marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and customer segmentation.
Knowledge of digital marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
