Job Description
This is a remote position.
On-Demand Requests(1-2hrs daily):
Respond to internal team requests for branded materials and create content using existing templates:
• LinkedIn job ad feed posts (Canva)
• Flyers (Canva)
• Presentations (PowerPoint)
Social Media (1-2hrs daily):
• Copywriting and scheduling LinkedIn content with a focus on our business, team and culture updates
• Collate LinkedIn posts (Canva)
• Weekly reporting
• Community LinkedIn Engagement: ie auditing our consultants posts, replying to comments, messages and on partner posts
Project Support (Ad-hoc as needed):
• Audit our Consultant teams brand assets to ensure on brand: ie email signatures and LinkedIn profiles (2 hrs/week)
• Setup onboarding materials for new starters in our Team
• Source supplier quotes and order ie booking venue, merch, office supplies
• Respond to our reviews (ie direct, Google) circulate internally
• Conduct online industry research for stats, insights and competitor activity
Requirements
Attributes:
• Tech platform savvy - Comfortable navigating LinkedIn, Canva, Microsoft Office, and basic web
platforms (e.g., WordPress)
• Copy & Proofing - Ability to check, edit and publish content with care
• Eye for detail - Layout, formatting and consistency following our brand guide
• Clear communication - Handling internal requests and external supplier quotes/deliveries
• Speed/multi-tasking - Comfortable to take on requests with speed and efficiency
